Financial Service
Prior to service, please check your insurance coverage to be sure you and your physician have met the required pre-treatment authorizations. (i.e. second opinions or pre-certification of services.) If these conditions are not met, your insurance company could deny benefits and you will be responsible for payment. Our staff will be glad to work with you to help you understand your insurance coverage.

Your hospital bill
Lake Chelan Community Hospital bills your insurance company if you provide us with the proper information. If insurance payment is delayed, or there is a balance due after insurance payment, a statement will be mailed to you. Click here to pay your bill online.

Physician’s bills
Your private physician will bill you separately for their services. If you have questions about these bills, please call the phone number printed on their statement.

Medicare patients
Please bring your Medicare card with you. LCCH will bill Medicare directly if you furnish us with the proper information. You will receive an Explanation of Benefits from Medicare indicating what Medicare has paid.

No Insurance / Patient balance after insurance payment
